You cannot sell stocks in delivery that you don’t own, so STBT is not supported in delivery trades. However, you can short-sell stock futures for F&O-listed stocks on the Dhan app.

Hi @Anil_Dhakate Anil, Selling stocks you do not have isn’t permitted by regulators in India.

You can borrow stocks via SLBM on Dhan, and then sell it. However, you need to ensure that you also have to return the borrowed stocks before the rental contract on SLBM expires.
