I had initiated a off market Transaction of my mutual funds(from Coin) on CDSL Easiest platform on 4th August but I have not received any units on my dhan demat.

From my own experience -
First check:
Pull the transaction statement from CDSL and see whether the units are debited.
Second check:
Pull the statement from the Holding Summary (Dhan app)

Once you complete the transfer steps on Easiest, it goes to the existing broker for approval. Once done (1-2 business days), you will get units debit message from CDSL. It will then show in Dhan Portfolio in 1-2 business days. If any delay in debit, reach out to the existing broker. Post debit, if there is delay, you may reach out to us and we will review it.
I had already received both the mails on 14th August but it is not showing on my dhan platform… Can you guide me through… Thanks
Ok it shows on my external mutual funds tab…how can I pledge it to get margin …
Ideally it should not show under the external folio. If the transfer is successful, it should appear under the Dhan MF.
