Tick by Tick Option Chain in Excel

I am working on a strategy that require straddle price comparison and need tick by tick option data in excel. Same is available in other brokers but while trying to Dhan Tradehull is taking more than 5-10 seconds to refresh prices in excel.

Is there any way to achieve this in Dhan?

Are you using wss or post request each time ..?
