Unable getting LTP date & server rejected websocket connection HTTP 400

i am unable to download option LTP data against option as per readymade websocket code available in made for trade

error is as below
watchlist changed. reconnecting the feed…
disconnected from websocket feed
websocket connection error: sever rejected websocket connection: HTTP 400
reconnecting Again. . .

requesting please share full code details
