You’ve missed out on the reverse merger of IDFC FIRST Bank with IDFC Ltd (Parent Co.)
It was a very complicated structure with the parent co. holding ARC and Trusts and other small businesses. IDFC Ltd has simplified the structure, sold off all the businesses and put the cash in IDFC FIRST Bank and paid out the rest as dividend.
All they are waiting for, is the swap ratio which is expected to come in a few weeks.
An interesting story happening there. High quality bank and the word on the street is, after the reverse merger, the bank goes through the roof.

Our focus while researching for this infographic was the top mergers and acquisitions of 2022. I believe the IDFC first bank merger with IDFC ltd is quite recent news, but anyway thanks for adding your input. This insight will surely help our members.
