I started using stratzy from dhan and deployed their one of the strategy, but the problem is in these days most of the orders are getting rejected ( multiple stocks) with error saying EXCH:16283:The order price is not multiple of the tick size. but I will not be able to change the tick size as it’s punched and controlled by stratzy and dhan, so i waited for 3 days hoping someone will fix it. but no one did. so raising the issue here.

Hii @Manoj84 , the order placed through the Stratzy API could not go through as it was submitted in an incorrect tick size. The stock is currently trading in multiples of ₹0.05, whereas the order was placed at ₹0.01 or ₹0.03. To ensure smooth execution, kindly place the order in the correct tick size as per the stock’s trading requirement.
Yes I can understand that, but i don’t have control over it. as this strategy is provided by dhan and stratzy collab. Only Dhan or stratzy can fix it. I have raised grievance mail to stratzy.
