(Responded) Historical Candle Data for Certain Tickers

Hello Team,

Historical candle data is missing for certain tickers. Just a few weeks ago, I was able to view the full historical candle data for these tickers, but now they are not even showing one month of data. This seems to be a recent issue.

I have already cleared my browser cache and rechecked, but the problem still persists.
I created a new layout to verify whether the issue was related to layouts, but the same problem occurred in the newly created layout. Please look into this matter.

Affected tickers:

  • Nifty Capital Markets
  • Nifty India Defense
  • Nifty Financial Services Ex-Bank
  • Nifty Healthcare Index

I am facing another issue: when I select a 1-month or higher timeframe for the tickers Nifty India Defense and Nifty Financial Services Ex-Bank, the drawing tools stop working. The chart appears to be broken.

Thank you for highlighting this. We have fixed the mismatch due to which the data was not being populated although available with us.

@Hardik It seems only partially fixed. Please at least show historical candles from the last 5 - 6 years. Other brokers are able to show this, so you should be able to as well.

We have added these indices on a later date to our system. This is why it is available for the limited timeframe itself.

To add more historical data, we too would need to have the data with us, which we will look into to procure.
