As per RMS document shown by customer support fresh position and order cancellation not allowed after RMS start .

But in reality closing of existing position is also not allowed.

As per dhan support answer on this forum RMS start at 3:19

And as per dhan support answer in customer help chat RMS start at 3:18

Only God and dhan knows the truth .

But I will have to pay RMS charges now .

Next time I will surely check what dhan says on paper and what it does in practice .

Hi @Salunkedevendra, we have mentioned this on our RMS policy under RMS Square-Off Policy that no fresh position or order cancellation will be allowed after 3:18 pm for intraday and we have also added a note regarding square off to avoid any confusion. PFA screenshot for reference.
