Received today, Feb 13 at 8 AM, the following tender period notification emails:
- Subject: Close SILVERM FEB FUT position
the last tradable day is Feb 20, one whole week from today - Subject: Close ZINC FEB FUT position the last tradable day is Feb 24, more than one week from today
Relevant portion of the email excluding greetings and disclaimers:
This is to inform you that your position in ZINC FEB FUT is currently open.
Please close the position one day prior to the Tender Period starting date to avoid automatic square off by our risk systems.
The email contains no information on when the tender period starts or what the last tradable day is, quite confusing for someone new or getting back to commodity trading after some time!
