Why Volume is empty for exchangeSegment IDX_I

Hi There,

When the end point is called "v2/charts/intraday no volume in the response.

Please help.

Hey @RK_RK ,

As we can see, the data is being fetched for index, and since indices are non-tradable, their volume is shown as 0. You may verify this by checking other tradable segments such as equity, futures, or options.

What if I use the segments as NSE _EQ and then nifty index sg id “13”, WIll I get the volume information.

Hey @RK_RK ,

If you make the mentioned changes in the request structure, it will become invalid since the segment and security ID will not match.
